Aleksandra is an angel of colors. Very transparent about the results and costing. She even gave a quoatation before starting the service. She suggested me to go for a less damage option for my hair as my hair is already highly processed and damaged. And the result was amazing. Visited Alina for a haircut a week ago. She is a really experienced stylist with tons of knowledge. I have a very straight and frizzy hair. She taught me about home care for my hair. Really amazing experience at HERA Hair Beauty @Tanglin Mall. Was recommended Adam M as I wanted a stylist who was experienced in curly hair and was not disappointed. He was friendly and had a pleasant demeanour that immediately put me at ease. So nice to have a stylist who understands and advises before proceeding with the haircut. That takes a lot of knowledge and experience. I noticed a huge difference after the haircut unlike my previous experience at other salons. It was a really pleasant surprise as I just didn’t think it was possible to have NICE curly hair. I was beginning to think there was just something wrong with MY hair but now I realise that a good and experienced stylist makes all the difference. Really appreciated all the advice and tips on styling and maintaining my curls. I also had a good experience with nail Tech Kris. She was gentle and thorough and made me feel very relaxed as my nails were done simultaneously with my hair cut/ styling. Lastly, a big thanks to Kavi, who recommended Adam for my “Curly Haircut”Kudos to the whole team who were all friendly and had a really positive work attitude. I can see good collegiality among the staff and that is important for any work environment to thrive and succeed. Definitely a salon I would recommend.

Really sorry for the 2 stars rating . I went there just once. Really kind curly hair stylist but she took More than 2h for just a cut and natural dry on my medium-short curly hair + extra charges because of my curly hair 🙃 🧐( I took initially an appointment with a stylist curly hair specialist ) …. Regarding their expertise and their long experience I’ve asked advices for a new cut . The stylist had no idea 🤷🏼♀️and felt she was waiting my instructions.After discussion with the salon on what’s ap . I had a refund for the extra charge and apologies for my bad experience.The cut was finally fine but too stressful and too long for me to. In Europe a hair cut takes max between 15-30 min ….

Did Kerasilk keratin smoothening treatment with Irene Lai. The results were amazing. 2 month post treatment I have less tangles and less hair fall..my hair is still very smooth. Thanks to hair stylist Ms.Irene. She asked me about my lifestyle, what I was looking for including my inspiration and listened to my concerns during the consultation and explained thoroughly what she would be doing once we agreed on a plan. She also gave me the price breakdown before we committed to the process, which I appreciated. The entire process was seamless and I was made to feel comfortable throughout my session. I have curly hair and it’s always been a hassle finding a good hairdresser in SG that knows how to work with it. Hera does a wonderful job in this area and has many trained professionals that know how to work with curls. I would like to particularly mention Irene Lai who did an amazing job with my highlights! She made recommendations based on my hair type and shared insights on how to keep my hair from damage while still achieving my desired look. I usually don’t give reviews but had to give this place a shout after leaving their salon extremely satisfied . My hair was done by phoeve , amazing stylist who listened to my concerns and recommended what was needed for my hair.she provided me with a lot of information on how I should care for my curly hair , and for the first time didn’t have to sit in a salon asking me to get my hair straightened ! My very first time at Hera. I really took the right decision and after a long hunt for a good salon, I finally had the best hairstylist in the best salon ever! My hair was so damaged from all the chemical treatment I had over the months. Rain Bexter took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended the right treatment for my hair. Khetty did an amazing job as my hairstylist throughout the appointment! She made sure to always confirm my requests so she could style my hair how I genuinely wanted it. She also took extra precautions to keep me covered as I'm a hijabi, setting up a barrier from the rest of the salon, and covering my hair with a towel whenever we needed to move to and fro the sinks. She also explained the process clearly and would double confirm after each step that the colour was right, the cut was right etc. She was also really friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! I booked a balayage and cut with Leah. She was great, really understood what I wanted and used her experience and expertise to produce a great result. She was also very flexible when I needed to attend to my newborns needs and was very considerate. One minor point for the salon itself is that they requested a send photos of my hair and what I wanted, but did not pass these onto Leah.

A few weeks ago, I had my hair done, and I'm really pleased with the outcome. Leah did a great job highlighting to a natural blonde hair highlights. She also created highlights from the sides, which was quite unique and helpful. The highlights still show up every time I wear my hair in a ponytail, which is really nice.

Rain and Kavi are absolute gems!I've known Hera salon for many years now, and have been a customer years before I moved to Japan, and I would visit the salon each time I came back to visit SG and now that we've moved back from Japan, am so happy to have a trusted team again.Rain had colored and cut my hair to exactly how it suits my skin tone, face structure, lifestyle and habits - I trusted her full advise and professional experience and I'm really happy with the result - I felt alive again!Kavi, their receptionist (among other duties her role entails) is always friendly, positive, efficient and so patient in this often thankless job. But she has a rare lovely attitude and good approachable manner ready to answer any questions.The location is also super convenient - close to public transports and I can complete many errands all in one trip as Hera is in a well curated malls that cater for everyday needs.

Wanted to try out Hera Hair Beauty since I heard about them on IG and they are known for cutting curly hair. Initially booked a consultation to discuss the kind of look I want which I think is great for first time customers because you get a full quote afterwards for the services that you asked for. My stylist, Khetty, was very patient throughout the entire process and she explained how my hair is more wavy then curly and suggested what kind of cut/ colouring services would be better for my hair type. During the actual appointment to get my hair cut and coloured, I was also able to ask multiple questions on how to style my hair after, what kind of products to use etc. Great experience overall!

I've frequented this salon for several haircuts, hoping for the premium experience they advertise. Unfortunately, I consistently end up with an average result. Despite contemplating a change, it seems challenging to find a salon in Singapore that exceeds mediocrity. Today's disappointment stems from a specific request for a fade on the sides without cutting the top's volume and length. Regrettably, the hairdresser proceeded to cut the top without confirming the desired length, resulting in an unexpectedly short cut and the removal of the volume I wished to retain. I must compliment the two ladies at the reception as they are always very kind and helpful. Overall, I am disappointed with the $60 price tag for a men's haircut.I recommend getting haircuts outside of Singapore

Getting my hair done at Hera salon by Shermaine has literally been the best experience I ever made with a hair stylist. The first time in my life I left a salon looking exactly how I wanted to look. Everything was fast, easy and straight forward. After calling the number on the website I got immediately a very professional consultation with 100% transparency about the price and different options for my request. I was even able to book my appointment on a Sunday night. I got an appointment three days later. Shermaine listened very closely to what I wanted and offered me options matching different budgets along the way. He created the best colour I ever got done. Even days later my hair looks like I just left the salon. Besides being so professional and talented, she is an absolute pleasure to be around. Very educated, empathic and compassionate colourist. First of all she is probably one of the sweetest people I’ve met in the hairdressing industry - she answered every single one of my millions of questions and was patient the entire time. I recently moved to Singapore and I was nervous changing salons and finding a new blonde specialist & extension artist, but Leah has been such a wealth of knowledge and guidance through every step of the way. I got there early, but she still took me right away. Everyone there was polite, and Monica was easy to chat with especially. The first visit, half head highlights was excellent, but she recommended I return to do color underneath because my hair was so dark taking away from the golden blonde she was adding. Had the full color treatment yesterday and wow, gorgeous! She is so talented, efficient and a wonderful person to spend a couple hours with! This is my 2nd time having Wends do a color. First time, she made an astonishing color correction from a really bad blotchy blonde, to a perfect even blonde. This time around I just wanted a pixie cut and she suggested highlights would give the pixie more life and she wasn't lying. Absolutely love going to Hera hair salon! I have naturally curly and frizzy hair. This is the first salon since moving from Auz where I have found professionals who know how to cut my curly hair. Phoeve is amazing! Is an artist and has been able to cut my hair in a way that grows and maintains its style, curl, and volume without compromising and making my curls frizzy. Wends has been doing my colour, she is amazing! Also an artist, I have really dark hair…She has gotten me to the colour I ❤️and also doesn’t damage my curly naturally dry and frizzy hair. I have found a dream team!

I booked with Alina after reading all the good reviews about her and she did not disappoint at all. I was a bit reluctant at first since my hair is extremely thick and curly but Alina did not see this as a challenge. It’s really warming to have your hair done by someone who is so passionate about their craft and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. If you’re looking to get your curly hair coloured I would 100% recommended her.

Alina is absolutely amazing!! I was so nervous about getting my 4c curls tended to and within a minute of being in Alina's chair I knew I was in very knowledgeable hands. She listened to all of my concerns and made sure to double check that what she was planning to do aligned with what I wanted. Jane did a hand painted balayage on me! I can honestly say this is probably the nicest highlights I have ever had on my hair! She blended everything so well, it looks so natural and effortless. She is truly so talented and kind, you can tell this is her true passion and art form. Getting my hair done at Hera salon by Shermaine has literally been the best experience I ever made with a hair stylist. The first time in my life I left a salon looking exactly how I wanted to look. Everything was fast, easy and straight forward. After calling the number on the website I got immediately a very professional consultation with 100% transparency about the price and different options for my request. I was even able to book my appointment on a Sunday night. I got an appointment three days later. Shermaine listened very closely to what I wanted and offered me options matching different budgets along the way. He created the best colour I ever got done. Even days later my hair looks like I just left the salon. Besides being so professional and talented, she is an absolute pleasure to be around. Very educated, empathic and compassionate colourist. Got my hair done a few weeks ago, and I’m really happy with the results! From the time I stepped in for my appointment, the environment was warm and welcoming. Leah was my stylist, and I felt so reassured and comfortable with her as she discussed everything well with me and listened to all my requests before we even began. She then patiently walked me through the process and what she was doing in detail and showed me as she went along too. She explained everything well to me, including the aftercare, and she was gentle and kind. Having curly hair, it’s tough to find a salon where I could get my hair well done with a good result and a comfortable process, and this was it for me! Even after weeks my hair looks happy and healthy and I’m so glad I came here. Would definitely recommend! 🙂

You will not be disappointed. This salon is most likely the best spot in town for a haircut. Shermaine is fantastic! She cuts my hair with care rather than rushing through it. Usually, I am not very comfortable with having my hair cut because I sometimes meet hairdressers who cut too much or don't necessarily understand my expectations. But I came across this salon and Irene, who naturally understood my needs: to keep the hair long, add volume and freshness, soften the shape and aerate without cutting too much. The result is perfectly natural, elegant, modern and gives vitality to my rather fine hair. I'm very pleased with her work and her kindness. She was very warm and friendly. I got my balayage highlights done here by the Wends. I absolutely love the outcome. Wends was very attentive to the details and made sure everything was perfect. She was able to pull off the desired tones of blonde on my dark hair that’s difficult to manage. I have a lot of hair and she made sure to cover all of it without rushing the process. I as the loyal customer can guarantee you won’t regret it, you can’t even tell I have tape-ins. I am a busy woman who doesn’t have time to place clip-ins or sew them in. With tape-ins you get it done once, then you don’t have to worry about anything. She places them in a way they won’t even be visible people don’t notice I have tape-ins until I share that with them. This was such a great experience for me, i was really nervous to find a good colorist in Singapore since i recently moved in. And Jane and Hera salon exceeded my expectations! Everyone was super kind and professional with me from the start and i went to the salon with my 5months daughter and everyone was so helpful and understanding. Jane was amazing i explained her my desire to fix my color and to get it as much as possible similiar to my natural hair and to something that suits my skin tone. And she listened to me patiently, took the time to explain me everything before she even touched my hair and was extremely sweet and nice to be around in general! Result was perfect she completely delivered the color i wanted it is really natural and beautiful. What can i say i will definetely reccomend this salon to anyone and i will def be coming back! Plus i personally don’t feel for the result i got it was even that expensive! Super fair price from a high end salon! I am so happy! Thank you❤️

I had a disastrously botched hair color and I was desperate to get my hair done. I frantically requested an appointment through Hera’s website at around midnight on Thursday night. The next morning before the salon even officially opened, the salon manager, Wendy called me and we discussed the current condition of my hair and my goals. She agreed to take me on and told me to come in ASAP. I was in the salon chair by 1:30PM on Friday afternoon!! My stylist is Monica and she mentioned that my hair required a LOT of work and I knew that, so I knew not to expect to get exactly what I wished. But Monica completely changed my perspective on hair and hair salons!! I ended up doing two sessions in one day with the amazing Monica who did a phenomenal job on my hair. Monica was so thorough in explaining and teaching me the after-care for my hair especially after we put it through so much. She taught me a lot about hair in general and cleared the misconceptions of lightening Indigenous hair. I never got the blonde I wanted at any other salons because I was always told that it was impossible. I had even gotten lighter fusion hair extensions a while back (as suggested by my old hairstylist) just because I was desperate to get the blonde that I wanted. I was at the salon from 1:30 PM to 7 PM and the staff were so lovely — they made sure that I was hydrated and even charged my phone for me when I needed it. After the staff went home for the day, Monica stayed back with me to ensure that I got what I wanted. She even went to the next step and helped me completely switch out all of my hair care products. I love this place and I cannot thank Monica and the Hera team enough.

My dyed blonde/highlighted hair had become broken and brittle and I wanted to add some body and length so I took to Google to search for who to trust with this endeavor. I never had extensions before and I didn't want to make a mistake. I came across this Hera salon and anxiously called the number, Wendy, the manager picked up the phone and immediately I felt at ease and excited to get this done! I had a free consultation with the hair extensions specialist, Leah two days later and knew right away this was the place to go. I didn't call even one other place or shop around, and I am usually the kind of person who needs to research and then really think about. But the minute I walked into the salon, I was sold, and she did not disappoint! Wow, Leah really matched my color which wasn't easy to do because I had a few different shades going on. It looked completely natural and undetectable! I will definitely be back to have them adjusted with the grow out and I give Hera salon and Leah my highest recommendation to anyone who wants gorgeous natural hair without breaking the bank! The experience is amazing! Totally worth the trip if you are not that close by ... and if you are close by, lucky you!!

Irene is truly a professional in every sense of the word. She doesn't just cut hair as she takes the time to really understand what you truly want and how to maintain that look day over day in between haircuts.Prior to seeing Irene, it was very difficult for me to be happy with my hair and it required a lot of styling in the morning to get it to "fall" right on my head. Irene meticulously shapes your hair to match the style/look you are going for with your natural hair texture and tendencies, making styling minimal. And if the look you are going for does not match well with your natural hair, she will suggest tweaks so that it does work if that is what you want. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Rain, I recently got the most amazing blonde highlights at Hera hair salon very recently. Rain is super nice. She took time to understand my wish, paid attention to the details, mixed the best golden tone that complements my skin tone and while she is doing all of this she made sure that the damage to my hair is minimum. Would definitely recommend! Was struggling with my frizzy curls and thought there was no way to tame them. To be honest I came with no hopes but was wowed far beyond my expectations. They not only make your hair good look but teach you how to maintain it in the long term. Unlike other salons they recommend products genuinely and not just for marketing, really appreciated that. 10/10 experience.

Perfect salon experience! I have long, thick curly hair and am very picky about my stylist because I don't like when they try to chop off more than I want to cut. This is why this salon was perfect for me! I got my hair cut by Phoeve who did an amazing job! Not only was she very communicative with me, but she also respected me and what I wanted out of the cut, leaving me with a perfect cut that helped shape my face better, yet didn't require me losing any more length than what I wanted! She engaged me in discussion throughout the entire cut, making the experience very positive and friendly. The price was more than worth the cut and experience that I got - not overpriced in the slightest.Overall an incredibly positive and pleasant experience! But Hera salon was able to accommodate me with hair that matched my texture and a hair colour specialist who gave me the perfect colour match. phoeve was very attentive and gave me good advice on what length & style would fit my hair. i have curly hair with complicated curl patterns and have never gone to a salon that has not ruined my hair, so this salon was a pleasant surprise for me! i have gone twice and they have not tried to hardsell me anything or ask me to straighten my hair, which is a frustration i have had to face my whole life (lol)i trust phoeve with my hair for the rest of my life and the reviews here are not joking, this is truly the best place for a haircut 👍

Phoeve was very sweet and nice to me! She gave me a lot of hair advice and what products to look out for as my hair as very damaged and dry. She was also careful to check what I was comfortable with and how I wanted her to style my hair. There was no hard-selling involved and Phoeve is overall a very nice stylist/specialist, I enjoyed my time at the salon. I will be more than happy to revisit Phoeve again in the future, hopefully with healthier hair next time!

Visiting Jane for my haircut is always a highlight. She’s able to engage in a range of conversations and relates to people so easily. Every time I’m there, she remembers the key milestones that either just passed, or are coming up, in my life, asks about my family, and finds a point of connection. The actual product of the haircut is constantly 10/10, with her taking particular care and attention to what makes you feel good as an individual. I waited a few weeks to write my review as I wanted to really test my extensions out and all I can say is that I absolutely LOVE them!! This salon is fantastic! I've gotten so many compliments on my hair and even good friends who see me often couldn't tell right away what I had done to my hair they just said how great it looked. They look very natural and are easy to take care of. The extensions do take a few hours to put in, but they were so lovely making sure I was comfortable and making me tea that the time flew by. I highly recommend Hera salon and will definitely be going back to continue getting extensions. Thank you Hera!!!

This salon is where I first went as a terrified brunette on my first foray into blonde-world. I was literally having nightmares about my hair breaking off and turning green or corn yellow so I knew I had to find a place that I could trust. I literally get stopped in the street after I get my hair done here. And let’s be real - your hair is often the first thing people see about you and you’re stuck with the color for a while, so this is something that’s worth investing in. My colorist was Monica and she did an amazing job. I was comfortable the whole time, she was super professional and I could not be happier with the result.

For any of you who need to do something to your dry, unmanagable, coarse curly hair, THIS is the place you have to go. Not alot of salons here in singapore are good with dealing or shaping curly hair.I am a male customer with mid length, very dry curly hair and was in dire need to do something to it in 2 days and Hera managed to help me do curly hair extensions + styling. Shermaine is truly a professional in every sense of the word. She doesn't just cut hair. She takes the time to really understand what you truly want and how to maintain that look day over day in between haircuts.Prior to seeing Shermaine, it was very difficult for me to be happy with my hair and it required a lot of styling in the morning to get it to "fall" right on my head. Shermaine meticulously shapes your hair to match the style/look you are going for with your natural hair texture and tendencies, making styling minimal. And if the look you are going for does not match well with your natural hair, she'll suggest tweaks so that it does work if that is what you want. Wow, what an incredible first experience at Hera salon! During my initial consultation, Jane was really honest and even though I went in wanting a balayage she recommended that we focus on improving the condition and strength of my hair first. After years of colouring and styling, my hair was looking very dry and brittle, so we went for a toner, treatment and cut instead, along with some great advice on how to really start looking after my hair. I went in for my appointment and I can't believe the transformation!! Jane really took the time to explain each step of the process and I had a thoroughly enjoyable few hours of pampering. My hair looks absolutely gorgeous and I walked out feeling amazing. I'm looking forward to coming back again and would highly recommend Jane and Hera salon. Thanks again!

This place is the definition of quality results and quality service. I went in after a botched hair coloring job wanting to go back to my regular blonde color and Monica worked absolute magic on me. Since the moment I sat down she really listened to what I wanted and was adamant about making sure that I left the salon happy. I always read the comments and go to places based on them. I must say that the reviews here are honest! This is by far the best hair salon I've been. The service, the price, everything is perfect. I had damaged hair coloring and it was the hardest to get the color out. But Jen was able to magically transform me in just hours. I fell in love with Jen the first minute we conversed. She is so down to earth and took care of me to the extent of her abilities. I could not have any better experience than Hera salon. Sher re-touched roots and trimmed my hair. Sher is very attentive. Very detailed and considerate. I have wavy hair, Sher recommended the appropriate cut and length that is conducive to local humid weather. I notice her attentiveness as she carefully wraps my eyeglass so it does not get color on. I just did not get a trim/retouch, I got a royal treatment. Additionally, I received a reminder of my appointment the day before. The salon reception manager Wendy is friendly and accommodating. I had an amazing experience with Monica. I felt extremely comfortable. Monica was very open about what I’d be able to achieve in this appointment. I appreciate the fact that the health of the hair is at the top of her list since I was quite worried about possible damage. It was great being able to ask her how I could improve my hair's health also. My hair is now super soft, and the color is beautiful, beyond expectation and I was able to finally achieve my dream 90s bouncy layers. At the end of the appointment, I even teared up a bit. I was so happy with the colour and style, Monica certainly knocked it out of the park. I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face. It has given me so much confidence, and I cannot wait to show everyone my hair. I could not recommend Monica enough.

I get my hair coloured blonde for years now, and found that it starts to become damaged from regular bleaching with time (duh). That changed when I’ve found Jen and I’m really happy I did! Brought my hair back to life all while keeping them blonde. I usually go for his free-hand highlights and a root stretch, and I don’t think I’ve ever met a hairdresser that makes the colour look so natural before. Even when my roots start to grow the transition is so smooth so I’m never in too much rush to get them touched up. And I keep getting questions on who does my hair so I thought I’ll leave my two cents here, cause honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Best salon and the most talented team. 1000/100 😉

Before coming here, I was always battling between a perfect blond colour and healthy hair. Now, I don't have to. Irina achieved exactly the colour I wanted without the use of the bleach. I was impressed by the use of colour lift technology, which not only preserved the health of my hair but also resulted in a beautiful and natural looking shade of blond. Wonderful experience for my first time here!! They went above and beyond transforming my suggestions from a simple cut/style to a cut/styled layers/highlight and stayed past their shift time to assist!! I arrived with long tangly, sun bleached, uneven, hair with split ends. Best hair and professionals in the city! Recently I had the opportunity to get tape in extensions and I got to be served by Jane and she was simply amazing, she matched my color perfectly and she even made a recommendation on color that gave such a perfect blend , she was making sure I was comfortable and that I enjoyed every step of the process , her job was impecable and her energy was amazing , I feel really happy with the result my hair does not feel heavy and it looks so natural, so my advice is don’t hesitate to get the results hair of your dreams , don’t wait 5 years until you gain a few inches, life is too short to have a bad hair , I feel amazing and they have a great team with very knowledgeable and humble people like Jane! Hands down the absolute best salon I’ve ever been to! Every single person walked out with perfect hair! My stylist was Leah, she is the sweetest person I’ve ever met and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of the entire time I was there. I was nervous at first because I’ve never had a good experience at a salon before but Leah went above and beyond making sure I looked even better than the picture inspiration I’ve shown her! Been coming to this salon for a few years now and it’s always great! Jane is the only curly hair hairdresser in Singapore I’ve found that does dry cuts, which is perfect for my hair and she does it amazingly each time. She will give good suggestions for how to style or colour my hair. Love chatting with her too!

I have been getting balayage for years, including in some of 'top' hairdressers but I can definitely say that none have compared to my balayage by Monica! I have naturally dark, straight and fine hair and the blend looks super natural and the tone is just chef's kiss. She was super attentive and really takes the time to listen to what you want. Not only is she the Queen of balayage, she is one of the sweetest people I have met and I can't wait to go back for my next appointment!

I’m a particularly picky person because I’ve worked in the beauty industry for 20 years. I have searched for a hair colourist who understands what I want for years and have never been 💯 happy. I explained to Jen how I had specific concerns regarding my hair being very warm yet wanting a cooler result. Every time I go blonde it ends up being too warm (which I hate) I also have greys I need to colour monthly.She suggested going darker to conceal the gray hair which were washing up after a week previously but putting extensions in to lighten it which would hold the colour and not go brassy. I was exceptionally nervous but because she came highly recommended I went with it. To say I’m happy is an understatement. My hair has never looked so good and I could not be happier with the result!!! I could not recommend Jen more!! I have never left a salon not wanting to wash and blow dry my hair and today that changed. And I have never been fully happy with a stylist actually giving me the result I truly wanted. Jen listened to my concerns and gave me the result I truly wanted. She's a true hidden talent!

I booked in for a blow dry as a little treat for my birthday and I absolutely loved the outcome. The end result was stunning, best blow dry I’ve had in a while. I was welcomed into the salon really warmly, offered a hot drink and taken care of so nicely. My hair looked lush for the entire birthday weekend and I received many compliments on it. Would recommend 100%!

Wow! I went to Hera Hair Beauty for the first time. Monica did my color and cut. She was amazing and from beginning to end. I had an amazing experience at this salon! My hair type is wavy/curly (roughly 2c) and heard Hera Hair Beauty was a good place to go for curly hair cuts. I was not disappointed! Irina was my stylist and an absolute gem. She really took the time to understand my hair and the look I was after, whilst also offering helpful suggestions on how to achieve this with my particular hair type. She not only did a brilliant job with the actual cut/styling (fixing my curtain bangs!), she also gave me a step by step guide on how to take care of and style my curls at home. Irina obviously knows a lot about curly hair and I really appreciated the time she took to explain each step and how to create a sustainable hair care routine.The team were all very welcoming and the hair wash/massage I received was very relaxing. The goodie bag of products I received at the end was also a massive plus!Will definitely be coming here again!

From the start, the experience was wonderful. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I initially went for a consultation and Wends was incredibly kind, understanding, and patient with me and rest assured me that we would be able to achieve my hair goals. On the day of the appointment, I was able to bring my computer and work while she did my hair. The entire process was incredibly personalized and professional, and she was transparent at every step of the way. My hair ended up looking better than it ever has before and totally outdid all of the mood board photos I had shown. So happy I found my new favorite stylist and salon in Singapore!

It’s almost impossible to find a good hair dresser, especially in Singapore for curly hair. But I guess I got lucky when I stepped into Hera 2 years ago! Hera Hair in Orchard is my go to hair salon for my curly hair concerns. I love getting my hair colour here from Jen. She does amazing balayage and my root touch ups as well.But today my hair was really dry so I got hydrating treatment done from Phoeve, she also did a nice oil treatment for my super frizzy hair! Phoeve also does great curly haircuts! One thing I love about Phoeve is she’s very dedicated, it was almost 9pm but she wanted to make sure I return home happy from my treatment and my hair looks perfect when I wake up tomorrow.The salon is spacious and nicely ventilated. All the stylists are excellent at their job and the staff is welcoming. It’s located in Tanglin mall which is easy to reach. Highly recommend this to all my curly friends and anyone who’s looking to get pampered!

Jen is AMAZING! She definitely pulled off a rich brunette for me and I was SO pleased! She knows exactly how to colour correct hair and give you highlights that blend perfectly together. I thought I needed to cut and re style my hair to frame my face, but she worked her magic just by giving me some highlights then finishing it with a gloss to blend the mess I made before with a red/brunette undertone! My friend told me this was the best place in Singapore for hair care, and after I have tried it for the first time I was completely hooked. It's indeed the best thing happened to my hair. They look like from a fancy magazine, very smooth and healthy. So far I've tried their keratin treatment and a haircut. The experience that you get in this salon is incomparable. The level of care, professional advice and all around warm atmosphere alone is enough reason to go there. First time at Hera salon and blown away by the professionalism and friendliness! Ask for Wends for cut + color!! She was able to look at the color inspiration photos I showed her and put her own spin on it so that it would complement my skin tone properly. My balayage from before at a different salon had faded into this orange/brown hue at the ends, and she was able to correct that as well. It was really obvious that Wends is so dedicated to her craft - so friendly and knowledgeable, constantly checking in on me during the bleaching/toning waiting process, giving me tips on how to care for my new (lighter!) color, and even though our time ran a little past their closing hour, she took her time to make sure everything was perfect and not rushed. That level of friendliness and professionalism (plus the end result) really impressed me. Also want to say a big thank you to Belle at reception for her assistance that day! Wends - I'll be back again 🙂

I couldn’t be more thrilled with this salon. The vibe is great and you are greeted warmly with a smile you can see through their masks and immediately feel at home. Scheduling is easy and seamless either online or through the phone system. My stylist is Jane. She has used a new highlighting technique on my hair and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ve had a lot of highlights, and these are definitely the best so far. She took her time to listen, explain and set realistic expectations. I literally went from hating my hair to absolutely loving it (like unable to stop looking in the mirror loving it). She is certainly one of the most gifted stylists to whom I’ve had the honor of entrusting my hair. The entire vibe of the salon is one of beauty, friendliness, liveliness, and fun. It’s easy to see that the stylists collectively love what they do, each other, and especially their clients. The conversation is always hilarious and inclusive. To say the least, I wish I could rate this 10/5 stars because Jen went above and beyond and delivered the hair of my dreams. I had gone to another girl and my hair was just anything but what I had asked for, and so I called and asked to see Jen. They fit me in ASAP, even though she has quite the wait list because she’s so good, and I got in to get my messy hair color corrected to perfection. She is the true balayage artist, right up there with guy tang (not even joking here). Well worth any amount of money for the hair she gives you! After having my hair colored at the same salon for over ten years and having to switch because recently every visit just wasn’t the way it used to be, I’m so grateful that my research in finding a new salon paid off!! This is a very good hairdresser. I came to correct my hair color and they did an amazing job. I came here from PA and the stylist understood what I was talking about. I had random patches of brown and orange spots on top of bad looking highlights. The colorist in this salon immediately knew what I wanted. We talked briefly, she understood. My hair is now chocolate brown with caramel highlights and my hair is soft and shiny. Thank you!

Paul is absolute a hair magician! I've never been so happy about my results from a hair appointment until now. He's so talented, genuine, and completely listens and understands what you want. Although finding an appointment is a bit of a process, it's definitely well worth it in the end. I highly recommend him to all! I am very happy with my balayage. He listens to what you want and is patient and willing to put in the time to ensure the final product looks great even if it takes longer than expected (make sure to bring in a few pictures). And most importantly he offers weekend appointments which I really appreciate. The balayage is very well blended with various tones to give it good texture.

First of all, this is probably the best service I have ever experienced in terms of all the detailed explanations the hair stylist Katherine gave me. She explained the cutting technique she used, the style and shape she was aiming for and why (technical explanations included!) and also talked me out of an unnecessary expensive treatment which I thought I needed. Her answers to my questions went above and beyond, for which I am grateful! The haircut suited my needs and face, was beautifully executed and the moisturizing treatment was perfect for my hair and scalp and avoided any harsher chemical treatment which I had initially thought were necessary.Can't wait to come back again.

All I can say is wow! I am not a big "reviewer", but experiences like this motivate me to go out of my way to note the experience. I decided to give this place a call after seeing their reviews for a last minute balayage highlights and haircut on Tuesday. I did not have an appointment and they said they could get me right in, which was wonderful, but that's not even the best part... Jane who did my hair was just lovely and it ended up being the best color and haircut I have ever gotten! She was the phenomenal! I swear I left looking and feeling like a million bucks. Jen from Hera salon is a LIFE SAVER. I went in for a color correction and left as a client for life. She is so much fun to work with and really listened to what my vision was and made it happened. My only regret is not finding her sooner! She’s very professional, attentive, uber talented, a perfectionist, and obviously very gifted at what she does. I also appreciated that she was ON TIME. The salon is also beautiful and really clean (an absolute MUST now a days). I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist. You will not be disappointed.

Yesterday I got my first ever curly haircut with Veronica and it was AMAZING!!! Over the years my curls have gotten so loose, and Veronica was able to get them tight again. I got a intense hydration treatment, a haircut, and then she taught me how to style and diffuse my hair. She told me which products I should be using and gave me tips on how to grow my hair. Best part, after the haircut not only did I have beautiful curls - but my hair actually looks longer from the back! So happy with the results.

My daughter recommended that I get my haircut with Paul from Hera salon. My daughter went a few weeks ago to have her curly hair cut and styled. Her experience from start to finish was impeccable. So I decided to make an appointment, and have him work with me on my hair for a cut and color.I do a lot of swimming in pool so I needed guidance on how to keep my hair healthy and manageable. My hair is thick, curly and coarse so going to the right stylist is so important.Paul is very competent and perceptive and knows how to analyze/assess your hair meticulously. He thoroughly explains what he will do and why. Also, Paul skillfully and patiently teaches you how to care and style your hair, which is a relief! So many other places can style your hair, but don’t necessarily take the time to and show you how to do it yourself on a daily basis. In addition, he prescribes and uses the right products and the right combination for your curls. So, you can leave the salon knowing how to keep your hair healthy and beautiful.The haircut was great! The color came out so sharp and lush, and exceeded expectations! I received quite a few compliments. It’s wonderful when you know your stylist can approach your curly hair in such a positive and professional manner.My daughter was right all the way, and I, too, will be returning to Hera salon to look for Paul.Thanks again, Paul and Hera team!

I just got a haircut from this salon today. I came here because of the positive reviews, and for the first time I actually like my hair since usually my haircuts doesn't look nice in the end. But for this salon I went to, yes I like my haircut. I've already recommended my friends to come here since you have nice staff here. Once one of the staff asked whether the temperature of the water is okay, and yes of course it is. Other salons that I went to never ask that question. Also I didn't ask for that staffs name, but really, thank you. I would definitely come back again because the service there is better than all of the salons I went to.

I had a colour correction performed by Veronica and I can’t thank her enough! I’m someone who has never left a hair salon 100% pleased.... until my experience with Veronica. She is such a talented colourist, she was super friendly and knew exactly what my hair needed! Really impressed with Hera salon and all their staff who all seemed so knowledgeable, helpful and supportive of each other which just made for a really nice atmosphere! I would highly recommend! 🙂

Had an amazing haircut by Paul. I wasn't 100% on what I wanted and had a few references with me, he took them all in and talked through what he thought would be best. He gave me the best haircut I've ever had for sure! The salon was also super clean and efficient, staff all lovely. Would highly recommend.

I visited the salon on with my daughter. I am so happy to have found this salon as the staff are lovely and incredibly skilled at what they do. I am mixed race with curly hair and have always had my hair blow dried out in other salons. But for the first time, I came out with it curly and I'm very happy with it! I will definitely book future appointments.

I’ve been going to Hera and I always see Paul :). He is so fantastic at doing blondes and a perfect haircut every time. I have been trying to grow my hair out and Paul always does the best haircut, a trim to really help with my length. It has grown so much over the last year. Paul is so good at blonde. I am from Los Angeles and really struggled to find someone in Singapore to do blonde in how I like it but Paul is fantastic! He used to do hair in London and does a fantastic blonde, very natural and not streaky! Paul is so lovely and chatty. I would highly recommend him!

Received another amazing blonde balayage from Paul last week. My hair is naturally dark and Paul always takes the time to listen and chat about what is possible with my hair at each stage. He's knowledgable, professional and takes pride in his work which always shows in the results. Thank you Paul! I also felt very safe and reassured during my visit as the salon is certified for committing to all COVID guidelines. Hera maintaining professionalism as always.

My hairstylist is Jordi who did an excellent job of talking me through how he would lighten and brighten my hair to give it life again and also to let it grow out without too much maintenance. His colour turned out stunning - exactly what I was after given I didn't explain it overly well! The whole experience was lovely, on time and well executed from a health & covid safety perspective.

Paul is the best hairdresser that I have ever come cross and that has ever done my hair. He was fantastic, very friendly, professional and did an amazing job of my hair exactly how I wanted it. He knows how to cater to a customer’s needs and he knew exactly the hair cut that would suit me. He is a master in curly hair and I came away a happy customer with an amazing hairstyle. Would highly recommend as his customer service and great attention to detail is impeccable.

I initially went to Hera salon to discuss my hair colour goals and its complexities - I had been dying my hair box-dye black and wanted to finally embrace the grey roots and turn my dyed black hair at the bottom into a (pastel lavender) grey. Certainly NOT an easy task!I loved Paul's approach. he was very attentive, took on board the challenge and really considered how this would be achievable and pragmatic for me to maintain, rather than dismiss the idea, like other stylists have done in the past.The team are a high calibre of stylists. They are always providing the best advice each time I go and we discuss the short term goals whilst trying to work towards lifting the black. Their approach is consistently jovial and considerate. Stylish and cosy interior as well. Always a great experience. I highly recommend (and love them)!

Very impressed with the quality of service and colour at Hera! Paul made me feel very welcome and instantly understood the look I wanted to go for. I had a very grown out balayage that was looking brassy over many washes. Paul lifted the colour and brightened the tone expertly. Everyone from receptionist, hairdressers to the assistants were all super friendly! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new and improved colour or haircut to add confidence to your everyday look!

First time customer and will definitely be back! I was referred to Jen by a friend and I am beyond pleased with my result! Jen took time prior to my appointment to discuss what I would like to get done and how we are going to achieve the desired outcome. Upon arrival, the salon is clean and pleasant. Jen took time to answer the questions I had and shared hair care tips with me to I can apply appropriate after care 🙂 Very happy with the outcome. It's the first time that I bleach my hair without damaging the ends at all. Jen was very attentive and am looking forward to be back and will recommend Hera to all my friends. 🙂

I had my hair coloured by Jen- 10/10 all I can say is I’m over moon!I had a big colour change and I was really nervous to completely change my look. Jen ensured me she would get the exact colour I had in mind and she reassured me it would suit my skin. colouring. She did an outstanding job a created the PERFECT colour. I visited the salon on Sunday 2nd August. I had a fantastic experience there. The salon was beautiful and all the staff I came across where professional and courteous, form the warm and welcoming greeting till the expert haircut that I received from Jordi. If you want expert hair care in an exquisite salon then look no further. 10/10 in all departments. Look forward to my next visit.

Had a blonde balayage with Paul today- I’m so impressed with the end result! I gave super vague instructions but he just knew what I meant and it looks even better than I hoped. The team were super accommodating and had gone above and beyond to ensure their clients and staff were safe but in a way that we still felt comfortable and were able to enjoy the experience considering it's the 'new norm'. I could see all of the protective measures that they have taken but it was still a pleasant, relaxing and welcoming experience and I felt completely at ease. Paul is really talented, knowledgeable and like little a ray of sunshine. I would highly recommend him and Hera salon to anyone!!

Had an amazing experience here with Paul! Went for a drastic colour change and he made me feel comfortable with my choice very step of the way- his colleagues were always coming by to ask him questions about how he was doing it so he looked pretty much like the pro-est pro ? happy with how it turned out and get a lot of compliments on the blonde colour. He also advised me on how to maintain the colour/style the hair now that it's been chemically processed. Highly recommended!

This salon is my favourite!! The people there are lovely, everyone is so helpful! I got a hair treatment, a hair cut and a nice styling. It was nice to be washed, cut and blow dry by the same person giving me tips all the way through. Jen was super helpful and gave me great advice. I love that they aim for you to have a style in your hair that you can have every day. I like being able to make my hair look like I’ve been in the salon every day.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOne of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Singapore! I have long wavy/curly hair that was damaged and frizzy. Paul, who looked after me was amazing, he really listened to what I needed, gave me lots of amazing tips and at the end I left with the nicest haircut I’ve ever had. The entire team was super friendly and warm. Lovely little touches that made the whole experience unique and worth every penny. Looking forward to be going back there. Keep up the great work!

Hera Hair Beauty is my favourite salon in Singapore, in fact, pretty much in the world. The talent of all of the team is simply exceptional and they are the most wonderful, vibrant, kind individuals I have ever met. The atmosphere in the salon is sublime and you feel completely at home there. Rain highlighted my hair and has helped me actualise my dream of being a natural redhead! She's so lovely, plus incredibly talented! I now have my tape extensions fitted by her and they look so effortlessly natural! Thank you so much to everyone in the Hera team! I have been highlighting and cutting my own hair for over a year to save money but I really did a number on it and ended up looking like a carrot. Spotty and uneven and lot of copper tones that I just didn't want to mess with it anymore. Needless to say, I was desperate for a professional help. My friend recommended Hera Hair and they were so nice to try to fit me in even though they were so busy. I have NEVER been more pleased with the service that I received. I walked in almost in tears and so helpless and extremely hated my hair. But I walked out feeling so confident and beautiful!! I am not kidding as I was about to just throw my hands up and dye my hair purple because I did not expect that it can be fixed. My stylist, Paul knew exactly what I needed and was very professional as he explained everything to me in details before he commenced the color correction process. Paul is also very chatty and friendly and they served me hot coffee the whole time (which I loved!). I rarely if ever, write reviews but I am so happy with my experience. The price was extremely reasonable too! I am looking forward to go back again!
